Ole Skool Jam 70s, 80s, 90s Party

Ole Skool Jam Is Back and the members of Upsilon Beta Omega want to celebrate and party with you!!! For a good time, bring your dancing feet and show us what you got! DJ Joshua T. will pump up the volume to provide the 70s, 80s, and 90s beats. Dress on theme and your Ole Skool Jam threads will be voted on by Divine 9 Judges to be the most fly.

Individual admission includes a Sugar Rush with Just Desserts and a beverage ticket. Reserved tables include priority seating, Sugar Rush (Just Desserts) a beverage ticket, and a special Ole Skool Jam surprise box. Try your luck at the 50/50 "Split The Cash" Opportunity as you dance and enjoy Just Desserts and beverages. And, join us as we celebrate and congratulate the three Black Businesses highlighted by the Utah Black Chamber.

EcoGarden Work Party with Tree Utah

Location: Day-Riverside Branch Library (1575 W 1000 N, Salt Lake City, UT 84116)

We will complete general garden maintenance (weeding, pruning, mulching).

Tools and snacks are provided, bring a water bottle. Please wear long pants, closed-toe shoes, and clothing you don't mind getting dirty.

Upsilon Beta Omega is offering a college scholarship for one Utah high school senior!

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Be a woman of African, African American, Afro-Latinx, or Caribbean descent

  • Be a Utah high school seniour

  • Have obtained a minimum GPA of 3.0

  • Have gained acceptance to an accredited college or university (with a preference for attendance at an HBCU)

  • Have demonstrated academic excellence, leadership, and service to this community
